What modes does it have?
Zensation™ has a power button touch display with several functions:
1 click activates the diffuser and the cycling colors
2 clicks leaves the diffuser running but shuts off the cycling colors
3 clicks completely turns off the device
Zenstarz™ is easily operated with just two centered switches
Left Button: On, Off, Timer 2H, Timer 4H
Right Button: Colors On/Off
Does it run on battery or a plug?
Zensation™ has a universal USB Plug
Zenstarz™ has a selectable plug type for the US, UK, EU & AU
Will it work in my country?
Zensation™ can easily fit the USB plug into any standard port that accepts USB, e.g. phone-charger, laptop, battery powerbank etc.
Zenstarz™ will work in the country of the corresponding plug type selected
How many essential oil drops should I use?
It is recommend to use about 1-2 drops per 100ml of water
Do they make the room damp?
No, it’s safe and specifically designed to just gently humidify the air molecules
How long do they run?
It will run for 5-6 hours until the water container inside is completely empty
Do they shut off automatically?
Yes, when the entire water storage tank has been used up, the safety mechanism will shut off our diffusers automatically
Is the purifying mist hot or cold?
It is always safe at room temperature as there are no dangerous heating elements inside our diffusers
Can they overheat and cause a fire?
No, unlike scented candles it is completely safe to leave on unattended, as there are no heating components within
Are they loud and make a lot of noise?
No, in fact, our diffusers are so quiet, you can keep it running on the bedside table while sleeping
